Welcome to a modern waterfront retreat - a perfect place to relax with family and friends. Whether indoor or out, our fully updated oasis has been outfitted with everything needed for your best possible Florida escape. Outside you’ll find a heated pool with spacious lanai and a tiki hut on a freshwater canal with access to 25 miles of canals and 5 lakes. Inside, our split floorplan offers 3 bedrooms and two baths along with multiple dining options and a private patio off the main bedroom.

Why Book Direct and not through AirBNB or VRBO?
We encourage you to Book Direct for your next stay as our Guests on average save 10%+ on booking fees applied by Online Travel Agencies such as AirBNB and VRBO. We utilize a secure enterprise direct booking platform that utilizes Stripe as the Credit Card processor.

Cancellation Policy
100% Refund until 24-Hours after booking accepted
100% Refund until 30-Days before check-in
50% Refund until 7-Days before check-in
Check-in and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 4pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you plan to arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you (we can’t promise, unfortunately). If you are arriving early, have a look at the “local area guide” section. We've listed lots of things you can do around the area while you’re waiting to check in.
Check-out time is 10am. If you require a later check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate it. But please bear in mind you’ll need to let us know beforehand.
If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
